All good should come to those who deserve it – and it did at the Scottsdale show to the wonderful Taylor family – Rick, Paula together with their son Isaac and his lovely wife Jessie, who manage the Taylor Ranch together.
At the Scottsdale show their homebred (and trained by Isaac) yearling colt TR Poseidon became Signature Stallion Yearling Colt Champion, shown beautifully by Austin Garret.
He won in very hard competition and I can not wait to see what the future will bring this amazing colt.
TR Poseidon is a son of the Polish stallion Pogrom – bred and owned by Janów Podlaski State Stud farm.
Pogrom is sired by the World Champion QR Marc (Marwan Al Shaqab x Swete Dreams) and out of Pȩtla (Visbaden x Petra).
Pogrom went to USA for a 2-year lease after he was named Polish National Junior Champion as a 2-year old.
During his time at Midwest Training Centre with David Boggs he was Triple Crown winner claiming the titles of Scottsdale Champion Stallion, Arabian Breeders World Cup Champion Stallion (shown by Janów Podlaski´s Pawel Kozikowski) and US National Champion Stallion.
The Taylors bred one of their Aladdinn-daughters to Pogrom and in May 2014 TR Aladdinn Angel (out of NV Shahrotica by Bey Shah) produced a pretty bay colt that was named TR Poseidon.

Aladdinn spent his last years in the care of the Taylor family.
TR Poseidon is the perfect blend of the strengths in his pedigree and his win in Scottsdale is only the beginning for this charismatic colt. Congratulations to the Taylor family on this great win but foremost for breeding such an amazing colt!
